Terms & Conditions – Hyderabad Tourist Pass (HTP)
Validity of Pass
The Hyderabad Tourist Pass is valid only for the date(s) and services selected at the time of booking. Unused services or visits cannot be carried forward.
Nature of the Pass
The pass provides access to selected city tours, attractions, or transport services as specified on the booking page. It is not an open-ended or unlimited access pass.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a confirmation voucher or ticket. Pass holders must carry a valid booking confirmation during the tour.
Non-Transferability
The Hyderabad Tourist Pass is non-transferable and must be used only by the person(s) mentioned in the booking details.
Inclusions and Exclusions
Inclusions are limited to what is explicitly mentioned in the pass details. Any services, entry fees, meals, or activities not listed are excluded.
Reporting Time and Punctuality
Pass holders are required to report at the designated pickup point and time. Delays or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.
Changes and Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy mentioned at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per policy.
Operational Changes
The operator reserves the right to modify routes, timings, or attractions due to traffic conditions, weather, operational constraints, or government regulations.
Safety and Conduct
Pass holders are expected to follow safety instructions and maintain appropriate conduct during the tour. The operator is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
Force Majeure
Services may be suspended or altered due to events beyond control such as strikes, natural calamities, or government restrictions. No compensation shall be applicable in such cases.
Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
By booking the Hyderabad Tourist Pass, the user agrees to the above terms and conditions.
