Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made through the booking source or by contacting our support team with valid booking details.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a partial refund after applicable service charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour date, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Once the tour has commenced, no cancellation or refund will be applicable.
Entry tickets, transport arrangements, and operational costs are booked in advance; therefore, last-minute cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
In case of tour cancellation due to operational reasons or force majeure (weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen events), guests may be offered rescheduling or refund, subject to feasibility.
Decisions regarding refunds in such cases shall be final and binding.
This cancellation policy applies to all Hyderabad Tourist Pass variants unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
